  • Yes, all of our products are custom-designed and created in limited quantities under The Macke Corp brand. Each item reflects our unique creative direction and is made to order or produced in small batches. We do not resell or dropship mass-produced goods.

  • Yes, we offer refunds on eligible items. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@themackecorp.nyc with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond promptly with return instructions.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired variation.

  • We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

  • At this time, we only ship to U.S. addresses. If we expand internationally in the future, we’ll update our shipping policy accordingly.
